Online application process:

1. The applicant registers as a user on the portal website of the commercial registration authority through the Internet;

2. After the applicant registers, fill in the information to complete the online application;

3. The commercial registration authority accepts the review and will notify the applicant after the review is passed;

4. Download a copy of the electronic business license or the electronic registration notice from the online registration system;

5. The registration authority stores the electronic file.

Or you can also apply offline:

1. Go to the Industry and Commerce Bureau to handle the name registration;

2. Go to the Industry and Commerce Bureau to apply for establishment and fill in the relevant forms for applying for a business license;

3. After receiving the business license, go to the tax department to register and file.
