1. In the Douyin interface, directly click the Me option in the lower right corner.

2. In the Douyin Me interface, open the Douyin Mall option.

If you don’t see the Douyin Mall in the Douyin Me interface, you can click the menu option in the upper right corner.

Then in the menu interface, open the My Order option, and you can also enter the Douyin Mall.

3. In the Douyin Mall interface, click the My Order option in the upper left corner.

4. In the My Order interface, you can see various status order categories (such as waiting to be shipped, waiting to be received). If you are not sure about the status of the order, just click the All Orders option.

5. In this way, you can view orders of all statuses, and you can also see orders for purchasing goods.
