It can be refunded, but some conditions can only be met:

1. Before applying for a return of the store, the merchant must remove all the products in the store to avoid new transactions, and all order status in the store is the successful status of the transaction or the status of the transaction is closed.

2. Since the buyer can initiate a complaint within 30 working days after the order is confirmed and received, the merchant can apply for a refund of the store after 30 days to confirm the receipt of the goods.

3. If the merchant has had a serious delivery problem, a serious after-sales problem, or a suspected fake sale problem, the merchant needs to negotiate with the platform properly, and the platform has restored the merchant's deposit as the original deposit amount in accordance with the margin adjustment rules before applying for a refund of the store.

If the merchant meets the above conditions, it can apply for a refund of the store with the merchant, and the platform will process and return it within 30 working days after receiving the application.
