2. Since the buyer can initiate a complaint within 30 working days after the order confirms receipt, the merchant needs to confirm the receipt of the goods after the last order is confirmed, and can apply for a refund of the store after 30 days.

3. If the merchant has a serious delivery problem, a serious after-sales problem, or is suspected of selling fakes, the merchant needs to negotiate with the platform properly, and the platform has restored the merchant's deposit as the original deposit amount in accordance with the security deposit adjustment rules before applying for a refund of the store.

4. The merchant must withdraw all the withdrawal amount before applying for a return of the store.
