2. The policy states that returns are accepted and the buyer no longer wants to buy.
If the seller accepts returns, you can do the following:
Go to the Return Management Platform.
Select View Return Details next to the item.
Select Accept Return and Continue.
If you pay for the return shipping, select how you will arrange the return.
If the buyer pays, select your return address from the drop-down menu.
If a Return Merchandise Authorization Number was used, enter that number.
Select Confirm.
eBay will then ask the buyer to ship the item back to you
