简单来说,比如有一个小包要发中国邮政小包挂号,我们可以选择从邮政公司直接发,则表示选择物流承运商;我们也可以选择从国际快递代理公司发;甚至可以直接从跨境平台选择中国邮政航空小包发货。
主要是物流收费不一样,一般来说,直接从物流承运商发,一般折扣比较少,而选择从快递代理或平台发货,折扣力度会大一些。
