If the seller has already shipped the goods, the order cannot be canceled.

Step 1: After logging into your eBay account, click "My eBay" and then find "purchase history";

Step 2: Find the purchase record, find the order you want to cancel, and click "More actions" on the right;

Step 3: Then click "Cancel order" to cancel the order;

Step 4: eBay will send the request to cancel the order to the seller. If the goods have not been shipped yet, the cancellation can be successful.

When eBay buyers cancel orders, they must pay attention to the following points, otherwise there will be significant impacts:

1. If the order has not been shipped, it can be canceled within 1 hour; if it has not been shipped for more than 1 hour, you must contact the seller to cancel it;

2. After the seller has shipped the goods, the order cannot be canceled. You need to wait until you receive the goods before applying for a return;
