Because it is originally an advertisement
In 2007, Transformers 1 was released, grossing $700 million worldwide and 280 million RMB domestically, setting a record. Since then, the highest-grossing advertisement has embarked on a global money-making journey. In Transformers 1, there were no Chinese brands in the advertising placement, and American brands such as Chevrolet, HP, Nokia, Cisco, and eBay dominated.
In 2009, Transformers 2: Resurgence was released, grossing $830 million worldwide and 430 million RMB domestically. The advertising placement in Transformers 2 was still dominated by foreign brands, with Chevrolet, Citroen, Audi, etc. all making an appearance, which was simply a car brand exhibition. Technology companies such as Yahoo Search, eBay, and Nokia also made their presence felt.
Transformers 3 was the first time that Chinese brands were placed in such a large scale. Yili Shuhua milk, Metersbonwe T-shirts, Lenovo computers and TCL TVs... However, this time the cooperation was sought by Hollywood itself, not by domestic brands. It seems that Hollywood has been coveting China's huge market of 1.4 billion people for a long time.
Because there are Chinese investors in the filming of Transformers.
