r (一)交易主体以自然人为主。目前eBay易趣的用户主要是个人、个体工商户或小型工商企业。为便于交易,这些个体工商户或小型工商企业通常也以自然人的身份进行注册登记。
r (二)交易的商品主要为生活消费品。eBay易趣网上商品的分类从初期的只有300多个细分类发展到15大分类,150多个二级分类,500多个三级的商品子类,其产品涵盖居家生活、电脑网络、通讯器材、体育用品、服装服饰、办公文教、旅游休闲、爱好收藏、书籍音像等多个商品流通领域,其中生活消费品占主要比例,包括二手商品和新商品。
r (三)日常交易量大,但单笔交易平均金额小。eBay易趣2008年总交易额为XX亿元人民币,全年共成交XXXX万笔,平均每笔交易额仅几百元人民币。这充分体现了其服务于普通中小用户的特点。
r (四)交易覆盖面广。eBay易趣总部设在上海,但其交易平台却覆盖了全国三十多个省市,且跨省市异地交易已占到80%。此外,电子商务业务跨越国境,部分用户已通过平台从事跨国出口交易。据统计,几年以来累计有3000余人通过eBay易趣网开创自己的网上商务事业,有上万人以eBay易趣的生意为其主要收入来源。
