·从2018年1月1日起,一旦eBay发现退货已被卖家收到,他们将有2个工作日的时间,对任何新的退货申请发起退款
·从2018年8月1日起,如果eBay发现退货产品已交付给卖家,并且已过去两个工作日,eBay会将退款退给买家。
