1.客服:尽管ebay的客服比淘宝的客服要简答多了,但是如果封号,或者突发事件,还是很麻烦的,这个怎么也得固定一个人天天做这个。算是头等大事。
但是我估计你们的销量不需要2个人吧?一般1个人可以解决每个月卖1000件左右的店铺的客服了。
2.物流:包装和发快递,如果真是按50件/天,安排2个人全部时间做这个,还是差不多的。
3.ebay卖家,最重要的就是情报收集,市场分析工作,进货,可以说这个工作是你们ebay店铺是否能得以生存发展的最重要的事情。安排2个人天天去做这个也正常的。
4.剩下一个人,机动人员,随时协助其他人。
当然这个是我自己的建议,具体怎样还是要看你们销售的产品
