如果卖家不发货或者发货错误,在登陆首页上方有个customer support,选择resolution center立案(opencase)跟卖家沟通。
买家可在交易完成后的45天内立案,一旦立案,相关的交易资金将被自动被冻结。卖家可以在3个工作日内采取一些行动,包括提供物流信息,退款或者换货。
如果3个工作日内,卖家都没有解决,你就可以把这件事情提交给eBay客服,eBay会介入调查,如果卖家不提供发货单,那么钱就会强制退还给你。
If the seller does not ship or ships the item incorrectly, there is a customer support button at the top of the login homepage. Select resolution center to open a case and communicate with the seller.
The buyer can open a case within 45 days after the transaction is completed. Once the case is opened, the relevant transaction funds will be automatically frozen. The seller can take some actions within 3 working days, including providing logistics information, refunds or exchanges.
If the seller does not resolve the issue within 3 working days, you can submit the matter to eBay customer service. eBay will investigate. If the seller does not provide a shipping order, the money will be forcibly returned to you.
